Do you think the library helps you to :

  • learn and find out things
  • helps you get better at reading
  • helps you do better at school

Do you feel the library is a safe and enjoyable space?

Does is make a difference to your life?

What score out of 10 would you give it overall? 

 

You Said

57 children completing the survey during the week from Knighton, Llandrindod Wells, Newtown, Welshpool, Llanfyllin and Builth Wells libraries. 

The activities children did at the library were (in order)

  • choose books to take home 
  • read books 
  • attend a story time, club or event
  • use the computer
  • study or do some homework

53 out ot the 57 children who responded said yes the library helped them to learn and find out things. 

  • 55 said it helped them get better at reading
  • 48 said it helped them do better at school 
  • 55 said they felf their library was a safe and enjoyable place to be 
  • 49 said it made a difference to their lives
  • 53 gave it either a 9 or 10 rating out of 10 overall

We Did

Fed back the findings to the Welsh Government and have looked at the feedback so we can improve our service wherever possible.
